All products are made-to-order through trusted production partners. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the item and delivery location.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom-made for fundraising, all sales are final except in cases of product defects or errors. For more details, please review our Refund Policy.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system or other available methods at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

Organization names, logos, and designs are used with permission or at the request of participating organizations. Proudly retains all rights to its own brand, website content, and platform.

Proudly is not responsible for delays, errors caused by third-party carriers, or issues arising from incorrect customer information (such as wrong sizes, colors, or addresses).
