Refund policy
At Proudly, every item is made-to-order and directly supports animal shelters, rescues and transport organizations. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

You receive the wrong product (wrong size, wrong design, or wrong item).

Your order is lost in transit after carrier investigation.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

The wrong size, color, or item was ordered by mistake.

You no longer want the product (buyer’s remorse).

Shipping delays occur that are outside our control.
How to request a replacement or refund:

Contact us at matt@shopproudly.org within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the problem.

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.
Because these purchases directly fund an organization, all other sales are considered final. Thank you for understanding and supporting your community!
