Refund policy

At Proudly, every item is made-to-order and directly supports animal shelters, rescues  and transport organizations. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • You receive the wrong product (wrong size, wrong design, or wrong item).

  • Your order is lost in transit after carrier investigation.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The wrong size, color, or item was ordered by mistake.

  • You no longer want the product (buyer’s remorse).

  • Shipping delays occur that are outside our control.

How to request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at matt@shopproudly.org within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the problem.

  • Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

Because these purchases directly fund an organization, all other sales are considered final. Thank you for understanding and supporting your community!
